Economic Development

The Blue Mountains is a rapidly growing community with over 7,000 full-time residents. We are Ontario’s number one, four season recreation destination due to our location along the Niagara Escarpment down to the shores of Georgian Bay.

Our business and commercial hubs are in Blue Mountain Village, Thornbury and Clarksburg, with various businesses also scattered throughout the Town in areas such as Craigleith, Heathcote, and Ravenna.

Are you interested in getting your business started in The Blue Mountains or currently an established business owner in the Town? If so, the Economic Development Department is committed to supporting your business as our goal is to help potential and current businesses grow and succeed here in The Blue Mountains.

Find out more about how we can help your business by navigating our webpage or by contacting the Economic Development Department.
