Individuals wishing to speak at a Committee of Council meeting can submit a Deputation Request Form. Please note: a maximum of two (2) Deputations will be permitted at each Committee of Council meeting.
Individuals who wish to present or provide comment to Members of Council during regularly scheduled Council and Committee meetings have several options.
Correspondence addressed to Council is placed on the appropriate public Agenda. Personal information you choose to disclose in your letter will become part of the public record and your name will be published in the Agenda.
To correspond with a Committee of Council, written correspondence should be provided to the Executive Assistant Committees of Council including your name and contact details.
Individuals wishing to present to Council during a regularly scheduled Council or Committee of the Whole meeting must submit a completed Deputation Request Form to the Town Clerk within the prescribed deadline.
Ten minutes is allocated for each deputation.
Decorum dictates respect for all opinions and individuals are reminded there is zero tolerance for coarse language and inappropriate behaviour.
To make a deputation to a Committee of Council, a Deputation Request Form must be submitted to the Executive Assistant Committees of Council. Please note: a maximum of two deputations will be permitted at each Committee meeting.
Individuals wishing to speak at this time do not have to register in advance with the Clerk's Office. Each individual is alloted three minutes to provide comment.

Individuals wishing to participate in Public Information Centres can sign-up through the Public Information Centre Registration Form. Public Information Centres are held to inform the public about upcoming municipal projects and are a source of valuable feedback from residents and stakeholders.
