Regulated hours of construction are weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
From time to time requests for relief from the provisions of the Noise By-law are received and, in some instances, are supportable as they promote charitable, educational, community or other objectives of the Town, or there is an overwhelming need due to weather and/or significant time constraints. Noise By-law Relief Request Applications must be submitted to By-law Enforcement a minimum of four weeks in advance of the event.
