The Home Farm proposal is to create a Subdivision of 215 residential lots. Applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law amendment were submitted to the Town.
This application was appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board (now the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal). The Town, County of Grey and the Appellant reached a settlement on the proposal. The decision of the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal is available below.
