The Annual Consolidated Financial Statements of the Town of The Blue Mountains, The Blue Mountains Public Library, and the Thornbury Business Improvement Area (BIA) are provided below. These statements have been audited by an external auditor and a copy of their audit opinion letter is included with the financial statements.
The Financial Information Return (FIR) is the main data collection tool used by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs to collect financial and statistical information on Municipalities. The FIR is a standard document comprised of a number of Schedules which are updated each year to comply with current legislation and reporting requirements.
