The Clerk's Office provides a variety of services for the public and is an important point of contact for Council. The Clerk is responsible for preparing the Agendas, Minutes & Reports that are discussed at Council Meetings.
In addition to these, the Clerk's Office also provides the following services:
Provides information about Town By-laws and Enforcement
Provides commissioners of oaths services to the public free of charge
Manages municipal elections and provides the public with information about who can vote, how to vote and running for election
Information about and assistance with applying for marriage and lottery licences
Provides civil marriage ceremonies at Town Hall, outdoors or at a venue of your choosing
